(New Report) Part Components - Stock Levels Report

General Updates

Sales Order - Dispatching Assets

• Update to the filter on the sales orders dispatch model with an added parameter that it should include only assets that are 'In Business’, to help reduce the search so that it does not include assets that have previously been dispatched.

Dispatch PDF updates

• Updates to the Dispatch PDF to accommodate the addition of Delivery Notes, and ensure they are shown if a SO has a dispatch for a 3rd party address.

Asset Number on Job Cards Output asset Tab

• When users are using Flowlens to input asset number, we’ve updated the workflow, so that these serial numbers can now be updated on the output assets tab or a job card, rather than against each individual asset.
• On the output asset tab of the Job Card, we now have the 'Edit Asset' link to beside 'View asset'.
• This will open an edit field for that assets serial number, which can then be saved.

Sales quotation PDF - Quantity Column

• Update on the sales quote PDF, so that if a quantity was decimal, if will show correctly.

Service Quote PDF Download

• Update to the Service Quote PDF file, so that when downloaded in all computers, it does so as a PDF file.

Servicing - Reassigning To User Not Saving

• Update to correct the issue when reassigning a service to a user, it appears to have reassigned but on refresh reverts back to the original user.

Company/Contact Search Options

• Update to the company and contact searches throughout Flowlens. 
• This includes having the search require 3 characters to begin the search, and pagination of the search results.
• This will not affect their functionality on how users currently use them, but has increased the speed at which the results are shown.

Companies > Orders Tab

• Against Companies when you go to Orders tab, it previously defaulted to show those with Order confirmed. The following changes were made.
• Added a filter for type (this should default to 'status') (the options are either order confirmed or pending)
• Kept the filter for Order status but change the default from being order confirmed to 'status' so all orders, despite their status, are shown.
