Receiving Goods

🤔 After a GRN has been created and goods received, how can you later change the qty received? Example: Goods were recorded as received, however, they never arrived?

You can cancel the GRN and create a new version with the correct quantities.

Visit the relevant PO and select the GRN tab, where you should find the option to cancel.
