๐ค When I send an email from Flowlens and an external customer replies to the Flowlens email, I am not receiving any replies and they aren't going in my junk email either, is there a reason for this please or anything I need to do?

Some Email Service Providers have strict policies that might affect the delivery of incoming and outgoing emails, especially if they're coming from or going to certain domains or contain specific content. The best solution would be to ask your customer to whitelist the Flowlens email domain. Please see the below guide on how to do this for each email provider.
Whitelisting emails in Gmail
- Log in to your Gmail account.
Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner, then select See all settings.
- Navigate to the tab labeled Filters and Blocked Addresses to access information about your existing filters, and select Create a new filter.
- Enter the Flowlens domain name: @[your org name].flowlens.email into the From section. You can see how your org name appears by clicking on the email tab in a sales order. The email will look something like this co-8279@showcase.flowlens.email. Therefore to whitelist this domain I would type @showcase.flowlens.email.
Click Create filter to confirm.
- Put a mark next to Never send it to Spam to add this address to the Gmail safe sender list.
- Click Create filter again to save settings.
Using Gmail's filter settings, you can also star these emails, apply a chosen label, mark them as important, or perform other actions.
How to Whitelist an Email in Outlook
To whitelist email domain or a specific address in Outlook.com means adding it to a group called Safe senders. A whitelisted address will bypass Outlook spam filters and be delivered to your inbox. To add an address or domain to the Safe senders list:
- Sign in to your Outlook inbox on the web.
Select the gear icon in the top right corner to access Settings.
- On the left sidebar, click on Mail, then navigate to Junk email.
Click on +Add under Safe senders and domains to add a contact to the allowed list.
- Enter the Flowlens domain name: @[your org name].flowlens.email. You can see how your org name appears by clicking on the email tab in a sales order. The email will look something like this co-8279@showcase.flowlens.email. Therefore to whitelist this domain I would type @showcase.flowlens.email.
