Interactions explained

The Interactions feature is present in many areas throughout the Flowlens application. Interactions will display within any item with a relevant 'Interactions' tab, such as companies, contacts, sales leads, enquiries, sales quotes etc.

Interactions can be created within any Interactions tab by selecting 'Create New Interaction'. Once the interaction is logged, select save. All interactions relating to that item will display in the tab, including the one that was just saved.

Another way to log an interaction is by creating one from the Interactions drop-down in the top menu bar.

All users, regardless of their user type or module permission, can view, edit and create interactions.

New interaction

Selecting this will display a pop-up, containing the following fields:

  • User
  • Interaction Type
  • Time placed (days, hours, minutes)
  • Notes
  • Interaction type
  • Duration
  • Contact

Once the fields are filled, select 'Save'. The new interaction will be created.

View my interactions

Users who select this option will be shown a list of all of their own interactions. The list can be searched and filtered as required.

View all interactions

Users who select this option will be shown a searchable list of all interactions currently on the system. The list can be searched and filtered as required.
