Integrated email logs

The Flowlens application contains integrated email functionality, allowing users to associate relevant emails and email chains with various business-critical features such as enquiries, sales, purchases and invoicing. Users can send emails directly from the application to potential leads. Any responses to those emails will also be logged.

The emails tab in any given area contains all correspondence between the user and the potential lead, as displayed below:

Should a potential lead respond to an email sent from the application, it will display in the emails tab as a reply as well as appear within that user's email inbox, assuming their Flowlens login details match their email address. In effect, any emails sent from an enquiry's email tab will display in the emails tab and any responses to user-sent emails will also display in that enquiry's email tab.
