Setting up your signature
Users can edit their Flowlens email signature by clicking on the User icon in the top menu bar and selecting 'Edit my profile' from the drop-down.
Enter your signature details in the new window and select 'Save'.
Adding Images to your Email Signature
To add images in PNG, GIF or JPG format, click on the 'Insert Image' icon.
A window will open which lets you select and upload your image(s) from your computer hard drive.
! Administrators can edit any user's Flowlens email signature in 'Edit User', located in the 'Users' section within the Settings menu. Editing the user displays a similar signature box and the process is the same - enter the new signature and select 'Save'.
