Marketing preference consent
If no checkbox options display beneath the 'Marketing preference consent?' toggle during user creation/editing, it is probably that no consent types have not yet been defined in the system.
! Only an administrator can define these consent types and, like other configurable settings, should be defined during system setup.
To define marketing preference consent types, administrators should go to 'Marketing preferences' in the Settings menu.
Select 'New Marketing Preference' on the Marketing preference page.
Enter all relevant details into the window and select 'Create New Marketing Preference'.
Users should now see that preference when creating/editing a user. To ensure that the preference is deletable in the future, set the 'Deletable' toggle to 'Yes'.
