Adding contacts

The Contacts page displays a list of all contacts added to the system. To add a contact, select the 'New Contact' button.

During new contact creation, users should add information to the following fields:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Flowlens point of contact
  • Preferred method of contact
  • Landline, mobile and fax
  • Notes
  • Company address
  • Position
  • Roles
  • Consent obtained (toggle)
  • GDPR source
  • Marketing preference consent (checkboxes)

Once all relevant data has been entered, users should select 'Create Contact'. The newly-created contact will display on the Contacts list.
