Creating an enquiry
To create an enquiry, users should first go to the 'Enquiries' index page.
The page displays a list of all enquiries and a button named 'New Enquiry'.
Selecting this button will direct the user to the new enquiry creation page, which contains various fields, each of which should be filled in with valid information. Most of these are mandatory fields and are required to create a new enquiry.
The page contains the following fields:
- Enquiry Details
- Assigned to
Filling out these fields and saving will create a new enquiry. The newly-created enquiry will be added to the list of enquiries on the Enquiries index page.
