Adding a contact/company when creating an enquiry
If a user wishes to create an enquiry and link it to a contact that has never been added to the system, they will first need to add the contact. Users can add a new contact directly from the drop-down by selecting 'Add New user as new contact'.
Once selected, a window will display where users can enter additional contact details.
The following details can be entered:
- First name
- Last name
- Landline
- Mobile
- GDPR consent (Yes/No)
- GDPR source (drop-down)
- Marketing preferences
Selecting 'Create Contact' creates the contact and closes the drop-down, allowing users to continue with enquiry creation.
