Reassigning an enquiry
Users can reassign an enquiry to someone else if the enquiry has a status of 'Open'. Users can tell whether an enquiry is set as 'Open' or not by viewing the Enquiry Overview tab.
- Select 'Reassign this enquiry' from any relevant enquiry's 'Actions' drop-down.
- Select 'Edit enquiry' from the Actions drop-down, or by selecting 'Edit' on the applicable enquiry on the 'Enquiries' index page. Select the 'Assigned to' field and enter the preferred user. This user will be assigned the enquiry upon saving.
