Recording comments against an enquiry

There are two ways that users can comment on an enquiry:

  • In the Enquiries overview screen, select the green '+' button at the foot of the page. This opens a comment box. Users can add comments and save them here.

  • The 'Interactions' feature, displayed within its own sub-tab inside any enquiry, can be used to log a more formal, report-friendly set of notes. Users can add comments/interactions and save them.

The first option could be considered a quick, easy way to log any comments relevant to an enquiry, but does lack some of the useful features found in Interactions, such as linked reporting.
