All enquiries are assigned a unique email address. This unique address displays in an enquiry's 'Emails' sub-tab.
This unique email address is linked to all incoming and outgoing correspondence to that enquiry. Should an enquiry recipient respond, their response will be sent to the user's email address and will be logged directly in the flowlens system. This feature, useful in the event of a user losing access to their regular emails, allows for all contact to be stored in an easy-to-view list and adds traceability to all correspondence.
