Editing an enquiry

Users with relevant permissions will be able to edit enquiries until such times as the enquiry has been converted to a sales lead, converted to a service, or marked as 'Spam' or 'Closed'.

Editing can be selected via the Actions drop-down

To edit an enquiry, select 'Edit' from the Actions drop-down. Alternatively, the Enquiry index displays an 'Edit' link on each enquiry line which can be used to edit the enquiry.
