Settings Terminology: Enquiries & sales
Website enquiry form integration
- Users can set the Flowlens application to receive website enquiries directly into the system.
- This page provides the necessary code to pass on your website developer.
- This code provides a contact form with the fields required to create an enquiry in Flowlens.
Enquiry sources
- This option is used to help report on enquiries added to the system and to see where they originate.
- The Flowlens application will be initially setup with default options of ‘Website’ and ‘Email’, with the user able to add further options.
Enquiry closure reasons
- When an Enquiry is marked as 'Closed', a modal window will display and ask for further details.
- This modal includes a drop-down of define-able reasons and is used in reporting to help analyse any trends that may exist.
Sales stages
- Sales stages can be defined by users.
- Sales stages can be updated throughout the sales process.
Deal types
- A delineator that can be used to categorise enquiries by type.
Regions
- The region relevant to the enquiry/sale, to be defined by users.
Sales lead lost reasons
- When a Sales Lead is marked as lost, we provide a pop up window to ask for further details. This pop up includes a drop down of the reasons that you define, and is used in reporting to help analyse any trends that may exist.
