This list contains all available reports currently on the Flowlens application.

Activity Levels

• Interactions report
  • View all interactions recorded by you or other users in any given period.
• My interactions
  • Quickly view all interactions recorded by you and filter the data as needed.
• Task report
  • Filter and search Tasks you've given to others, or those that have been assigned to you.

Assets, Parts & Stock

• Asset non-movement report
  • Lists Assets that haven't moved in a given period.
• Asset valuation report
  • Review and filter on an asset's sell price, cost price and statuses.
• Assets on hand at date report
  • List assets that were in business on a particular date.
• Assets sold report
  • View the status of your sold assets, including their dispatch status and sold price.
• BOM v part cost
  • Compare the Cost Price of an item with its total Bill of Materials cost.
• Items dispatched report
  • View all items you've dispatched, and quickly identify which are your most-loved items.
• Items due
  • View all items due to be received in the next 4 weeks from suppliers and filter the data as needed.
• Items received report
  • Goods received, showing variance between expected arrival date and actual arrival date.
• Outstanding purchase orders
  • View all purchase orders and parts which are past the due date and haven't been fully received yet.
• Part component stock level report
  • View BOMs for parts and stock levels in one place.
• Part default location report
  • View and filter parts by their default location stored in Flowlens.
• Part location report
  • Locate parts and quantities by location.
• Part movement report
  • View all net stock movements by part and location in a given period.
