Creating a service quote

Service quotes are a feature located within the Services module of the Flowlens application.

Users can create a new service quote via the following process:

  1. Go to the Service Quotations page (Services > Service Quotations)
  2. Select 'New Service Quote' button
  3. A pop-up window will open
  4. Enter relevant information into all fields and select 'Create Service Quote'
  5. Upon selecting 'Create service quote', the quotation will be created and users will be brought to the newly-created quote's 'Service Quote Overview' page
  6. Enter any/all relevant parts and once satisfied that the quote is complete, select ' Send by email'

The modal contains the following fields:

  • Service
  • Customer PO number
  • Quote date
  • Valid for
  • Prepared by
  • Company
  • Contact
  • Address
  • Currency
