Bulk Assignment of Serial Numbers in Job Cards

You can assign serial numbers to both finished products (output assets) and relevant components (input assets) via the Flowlens Job Card.

Input Assets

One or more Input Assets must be reserved to the Job Card before serial numbers can be Allocated. Once Reserved, click Allocate.

You can either look up available Serial Numbers individually by searching for the relevant part number or serial number.... 

or you can add in Bulk:

To check which serial numbers are available visit Stock > Asset Register and filter by the Part Number and Available As Stock = Yes.

Output Assets

To bulk assign serial numbers to the finished product(s), click on Output Assets, then Bulk Actions and Assign Serial Numbers.

You can then add the serial numbers into the box and Assign. 

The newly assigned Serial Numbers will appear on the Output Assets tab:
