Two Factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication functionality can be added to an individual user's login, providing an extra layer of security for their login. This is optional and can be turned on by each user by following the instruction below:


1. Navigate to the settings menu and click on 'Edit My Login Details'

  1. Click on Manage 2FA

  1. Click enable 2FA


  1. You will need to download an authenticator app. Our Two Factor Authentication setup will work with popular apps such as 1Password and Google Authenticator (https://mashable.com/2017/10/29/how-to-set-up-google-authenticator/?europe=true#QxJXfPB49qq8). Once you have downloaed the app, open it and use the QR scanner within the aopp to scan the QR code and enter the code shown in the app.


  1. Now click enable 2FA

You can disable 2FA at any time by clicking disable 2FA and entering your password.
