Job Card Stock Breakdown report

This report shows all current open requirements, stock available, served and on order for Parts on open Job Cards. It can be filtered by Project, Job Card and 1st Preference Supplier amongst others. This report can also be accessed via Data Feeds.

Project Estimated Time vs Actual Time Report

This report makes it easy to compare actual versus estimated times captured within projects and associated job cards and spot issues. The report also shows related sales order where applicable, and a percentage indicator for utilised time.

In addition:

Part Location filter has been added to the Stock Count Report
Address Type filter has been added to the Company index page

Service

Asset Name on Service Job Card PDF

Following the previous update to Service ticket PDFs, Asset Name has now been added to the Service Job Card PDF download. Where relevant the Asset Name will appear beneath the relevant Part Number.
